I am a writer, lecturer, a group and organisational consultant, a social researcher working from a systems psychodynamic perspective.
Work in Progress
I gave a paper at the Tavistock Institute called 'From the Buddha to Bion' and also the Eric Miller Memorial Lecture on the same theme. After a workshop at the OPUS Conference, I have followed with ‘Greed Hatred and Delusion in Organisational Life’, as I look to integrate psychoanalytic thinking with the ancient philosophies of Buddhism and Stoicism.
